The ELME TKS Training Centre is registered in the Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) and provides professional training in the following fields:
Rigger (Slinger) Training
The Rigger Training programme prepares future riggers for the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations. Participants learn how to correctly attach lifting slings and chains, assess loads, and communicate effectively with crane operators.
The training is intended for employees in the industrial and construction sectors who will be involved in securing and guiding loads during lifting operations. The key issue addressed by this training is the prevention of accidents during lifting work. A properly trained rigger is able to select suitable lifting equipment, assess the load’s centre of gravity, and provide clear and correct signals to the crane operator.

The course addresses the risks of operating industrial trucks without adequate training, which can endanger operators and bystanders and lead to accidents, damaged goods, or equipment failure. The ELME TKS programme covers safety requirements, truck construction and operating principles, load handling and stacking techniques, as well as traffic rules within company premises.
Our experienced instructors provide both theoretical instruction (including occupational health and safety and legislation) and practical training on industrial trucks. Successful participants receive a certificate confirming their competence to operate industrial trucks safely and in compliance with legal requirements.
Forklift Operator Training
The Forklift Operator Training is a specialised programme focused on the safe operation of forklifts used in warehouse environments. It is intended for warehouse and production employees who will regularly handle goods using forklifts.
The programme aims to prevent issues arising from insufficient training, such as incorrect lifting techniques that may result in damaged shelving, overturned loads, or workplace accidents. Participants gain knowledge of forklift construction, load balancing, and safe manoeuvring in confined warehouse conditions.

The training includes both theoretical instruction (occupational safety and legislation) and practical driving skills.
