Instrument Calibration
Elme TKS provides calibration services to verify and ensure the measurement accuracy of the following categories of instruments:
Line and Angle Measuring Instruments (Accredited Scope)
Calibration of line and angle measuring instruments covers a wide range of length- and angle-measuring devices, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, measuring tapes, and angle gauges. Regular calibration is critical in mechanical engineering, metalworking, laboratories, and other precision-driven industries, where accurate measurements ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.
This service is intended for companies that need to ensure the reliability of their measuring instruments and avoid defects or safety risks caused by inaccurate measurements. During calibration, Elme TKS compares instrument readings against traceable reference standards that are verified and traceable to international standards.
Our accredited laboratory issues a calibration certificate for each instrument, including measurement results and deviation analysis. Thanks to our experienced personnel and controlled procedures, clients can be confident that their linear and angular measuring instruments meet the required accuracy levels.
Pressure and Temperature Instrumentation
Calibration of pressure and temperature instruments includes the verification and, if necessary, adjustment of pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, thermometers, and temperature sensors. Accurate pressure and temperature readings are essential in many industries, such as the operation of boilers, pressurised systems, and laboratory processes, where safety and quality are critical.
This service is aimed at companies whose equipment relies on critical pressure and temperature instrumentation and who must comply with calibration requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025 or regulatory obligations). The Elme TKS accredited calibration laboratory uses reference instruments and controlled environments to verify measurements across the full operating range of each device.
Upon completion, a calibration certificate is issued indicating measurement accuracy and whether adjustments are required. Our experienced specialists ensure reliable calibration results that reduce operational risks and improve process control.
Electric Measuring Instruments
Calibration of electrical measuring instruments includes verification and adjustment of instruments used to measure electrical quantities, such as multimeters, voltage testers, resistance meters, current clamps, and insulation testers.
Accurate electrical measurements are critical for electrical professionals, the energy sector, production line maintenance, and calibration laboratories, where incorrect readings can lead to safety hazards or equipment malfunction. This service is designed for organisations that regularly use electrical measuring instruments and must ensure compliance with international standards and technical requirements.
The Elme TKS accredited laboratory uses reference power supplies, resistance decades, and other high-precision reference equipment to calibrate instruments across multiple ranges (DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, current, etc.). After calibration, a certificate is issued including measurement results, deviations, and a conformity assessment.
Our experienced electrical laboratory specialists provide reliable calibration services that help clients ensure measurement accuracy and regulatory compliance.
